Okay, smooth show. It's a wonder because I was running late and didn't have as much time for preparation as I would normally. Two bands debuted right off the bat ; WHITE WIZZARD and OAK IS KEEPING. WHITE WIZZARD remind me of Dokken circa "Tooth And Nail" but that's not all they bring to the table with them. According to Blabbermouth.Net they are working on their first full-legnth CD. While OAK IS KEEPING, a band based out of Austin , Texas, are one of those timeless hard rock bands. I'd liken them to Soundgarden or maybe Queens Of The Stoneage, but they really don't sound like either band. They sound like a fresh take on vintage hard rock. Keep your eyes and ears out for both of them. Join me again next week.
