Subject: Bizarre WAWL Happenings

Body: I recieved word today that www.WAWL.org will not be streaming over the internet, from pole to pole, as they say until Monday morning 7-13-09.
The reason for this remains unclear. Something about there not being enough personel. There's no Broadcast Announcing class during the Summer so of course there's gonna be fewer "DJ's", doesn't take a college education to figure that one out.
But there are several unique programs that air every week. Programs that none of the FM band radio stations here in Chattanooga offer. The fact is that www.WAWL.org offers an incredible variety of music. Not only is it an official CMJ Alternative college radio station, you can also hear Local artists, Reggae, World Music, Southern Rock, and the Metal show I host every Monday. That's only scratching the surface.
But on to the point, I will be bringing the Metal in a major way this Monday at 5pm EST. METAL EMPIRE will feature the latest by acts such as VOIVOD, DREAM THEATRE, OBITUARY, HEAVEN & HELL, etc. as well as classics we've not played before.
